12 Week Weight & fat Loss
A personalized program that is broken into 3 phases. We also offer classes such as Cardio, Boot Camp, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Private Training and Dancing Classes.
Boxing Ring
Shape it Fitness boasts a full size boxing ring that can be utilized to teach you how to defend yourself or simply be used as a tool to de-stress and have fun while working out! We offer kickboxing, boxing, karate & more!
